Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a GPTpost subscription, what happens to your data when you do, and when you get money back. It forms part of Terms of Service.

The Service is operated by GPT LLM ORAGLE Ltd. Liability Co., a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Billing questions: support@oraglegpt.org.

2. How to cancel

  1. Open Billing in your workspace settings and choose to cancel the subscription, or
  2. email support@oraglegpt.org from the address on the account.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. If you did not get a confirmation, the cancellation did not happen - contact us rather than assuming it went through.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not require notice periods for cancellation of a monthly plan, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. What happens to your data when you cancel

  1. Your workspace stays readable and exportable for 30 days after the paid period ends.
  2. During that window you can export your content, media, analytics, and inbox records through the in-product export or the API.
  3. After the 30-day window, the workspace and its content are deleted in accordance with Data Deletion Policy.
  4. Connected social accounts are disconnected and their OAuth tokens are deleted immediately on cancellation. Content already published to a social platform stays on that platform - we cannot and do not remove it.
  5. Billing and tax records are retained for as long as the law requires, typically 7 years. That retention survives account deletion and is a legal obligation rather than a choice.

4. The 14-day annual-plan refund

If you buy an annual plan and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we refund it in full.

Fair-use threshold: the refund applies unless, during those 14 days, the workspace published more than 200 posts or consumed more than 10 percent of the plan's included AI allowance. Above those thresholds the plan has been used substantially rather than evaluated, and we will offer a pro-rata refund instead of a full one.

This refund is per customer, not per subscription. It covers a genuine evaluation, not repeated annual purchases and cancellations.

5. Refunds outside the standard cases

We will consider a refund, in full or in part, where:

Email support@oraglegpt.org with the invoice reference and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days. If we say no, we tell you why.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or withdrawal right you have under mandatory law.

Most GPTpost customers are businesses, and consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply to a business purchase. If you are unsure which applies to you, write to legal@oraglegpt.org and we will not use the ambiguity against you.

7. Things we do not refund

8. Failed payments and involuntary cancellation

  1. If a payment fails, we retry and email the billing contact.
  2. We may suspend the Service after 14 days' written notice of non-payment, as set out in Terms of Service section 4.
  3. We do not delete Customer Content during a suspension for non-payment without first giving you the 30-day export window described in section 3.
  4. Paying the outstanding amount restores access.

9. Price changes

Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with at least 30 days' notice to the billing contact. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged it.

10. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the original currency. Card refunds usually settle within 5 to 10 business days once we issue them, though the exact timing is set by your bank rather than by us. Bank transfer refunds are issued within 10 business days of agreement.

We do not issue refunds as account credit unless you ask for credit instead.

11. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact support@oraglegpt.org before raising a chargeback. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is resolved, which usually delays a resolution rather than speeding it up. We respond to every dispute with the billing and usage records.
