Copyright and DMCA Policy
GPT LLM ORAGLE Ltd. Liability Co. respects intellectual property rights and expects users of GPTpost to do the same. This page explains how to report infringing material stored in the Service, how a user can respond, and what we do about repeat infringers.
Copyright notices go to legal@oraglegpt.org.
1. Scope, and an important limit
GPTpost is a tool that customers use to store, schedule, and publish their own content to their own social media accounts.
We can act on material stored in a customer's GPTpost workspace. We can remove or disable access to it.
We cannot remove a post from a social platform. Once content has been published to Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, X, Pinterest, Reddit, a Mastodon instance, or anywhere else, it lives on that platform under that platform's control. If your complaint is about content that is already live on a social network, send your notice to that platform, which will have its own copyright reporting process. We will still remove the source material from the workspace, which stops it being republished.
2. Designated agent for copyright notices
Notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512(c), should be sent to the Company's designated agent:
Copyright Agent
GPT LLM ORAGLE Ltd. Liability Co.
30 N Gould St, Ste N
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Email: legal@oraglegpt.orgEmail is the fastest route and is monitored. We correspond as the Company; the agent function is held by the Company rather than by a named individual.
3. How to submit a copyright notice
Your notice must be in writing and must include all six of the following. A notice missing any of them is not effective under the DMCA, and we may ask you to resubmit.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf. Typing your full name at the end of the email counts as an electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list is enough.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it. A direct URL, the workspace name, the post or media identifier, or the exact filename. "Somewhere on your site" is not enough for us to act on.
- Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Send it to legal@oraglegpt.org with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
4. What we do when we receive a valid notice
| Step | Timing |
|---|---|
| Acknowledge receipt | 2 business days |
| Review the notice for completeness | 5 business days |
| Remove or disable access to the identified material, where the notice is valid | Promptly on completing the review |
| Notify the affected customer, with a copy of the notice | At the same time as removal |
| Tell the customer how to submit a counter-notice | With that notification |
| Record the complaint against the account for repeat-infringer purposes | At the same time |
We act expeditiously on a valid notice. We do not adjudicate the underlying copyright dispute; we act on properly formed notices and counter-notices and let the parties resolve the merits.
If a notice is materially incomplete, we tell you what is missing rather than ignoring it.
5. Counter-notice: what to do if your material was removed
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include all five of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the district in which the Company may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
Send it to legal@oraglegpt.org with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject.
What happens next. We forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material. This is the statutory process; we do not shorten or extend it at either party's request.
6. Misuse of this process
Submitting a false notice has consequences.
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
If you are not certain you own the rights, or that the use is unauthorised, take advice before submitting. We record notices that we determine to be abusive and may decline to process further notices from the same source.
7. Repeat infringers
We have adopted and implement a repeat infringer policy, as required by 17 U.S.C. 512(i).
- Every valid notice is recorded against the account.
- First valid notice: the material is removed and the account holder is warned in writing.
- Second valid notice: the material is removed and publishing capabilities may be restricted while we review the account.
- Third valid notice: the account is terminated in appropriate circumstances.
- A notice that is successfully countered, or withdrawn by the complainant, does not count towards this total.
- We may terminate an account immediately, without going through the steps above, in a case of blatant or large-scale infringement.
Termination for repeat infringement is a termination for breach under Terms of Service, and no refund is due.
8. Trade marks
Trade mark complaints are handled through the same address, legal@oraglegpt.org, but the DMCA does not apply to them. Include:
- the mark, and its registration number and jurisdiction if registered;
- proof of ownership or authority to act;
- where the infringing use appears, with enough detail for us to find it;
- an explanation of why the use is likely to cause confusion.
Note that the names and logos of social platforms used inside GPTpost identify those platforms and nothing more. They do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship, and the Company is not affiliated with any of them.

You keep ownership of everything you create in the Service. The limited licence you grant us, which exists only so that we can store your content and publish it where you tell us to, is in Terms of Service section 6.
