This page identifies the operator of oraglegpt.org. It is published so that users, customers, regulators, and social platform reviewers can establish who is legally responsible for the Service without having to ask.

The Company is registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State. Its filing record can be verified through the Wyoming Secretary of State business search using the filing ID above.

2. Contact

We publish role-based addresses rather than individual mailboxes, so that enquiries reach whoever holds the function and are not lost when personnel change.

Postal notices should be addressed to the Company at the registered office above. Formal legal notices should also be sent to legal@oraglegpt.org so that they are actioned promptly.

We correspond as the Company. We do not identify individual officers, members, managers, or staff in public correspondence, and no individual is named on this page.

3. Responsibility for content

The Company is responsible for the content of the pages it publishes at oraglegpt.org.

User-generated content. GPTpost is a tool that customers use to compose and publish their own content to their own social media accounts. Content created, scheduled, or published by a customer is that customer's content and that customer's responsibility, not the Company's. Our rules for what may be published through the Service are in Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines, and our notice-and-takedown process is in Copyright and DMCA Policy.

External links. Where our pages link to a third-party site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content. We check links when we publish them and remove them if we become aware of a problem.

4. Intellectual property

The GPTpost name, the software, the interface, the documentation, and the contents of these pages are owned by the Company or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted in Terms of Service are reserved.

Third-party trade marks, including the names and logos of the social platforms GPTpost connects to, belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify those platforms. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation, and the Company is not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, X, Pinterest, Reddit, or any other platform named in the product.

5. Governing law

The Service is provided under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, as set out in Terms of Service section 19. Nothing in that clause removes a consumer's mandatory local-law protections where they apply.

6. Dispute resolution

The Company is a United States entity and does not participate in the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to participate, and we do not volunteer to participate, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We do not impose binding arbitration on you, and we do not impose a class-action waiver. Our position is that disputes should be resolved directly first, and in court if that fails. Write to legal@oraglegpt.org and we will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith for 30 days before either party files.

7. VAT and tax identification

The Company is a United States entity. It does not hold an EU VAT identification number at the date above. Where a supply to an EU or UK business customer is subject to the reverse charge, invoices are issued accordingly and the customer accounts for the tax. Customers remain responsible for their own sales tax, VAT, GST, and equivalent charges under Terms of Service section 4.

8. Regulated activities

The Company does not provide financial, legal, medical, or other regulated professional services, and it holds no licence in a regulated profession. GPTpost is a software service for scheduling and managing social media content. Nothing published by the Company or generated by an AI feature in the Service is professional advice.
